As we scale production, we’re looking for a Software Engineer & IT Admin to take our IT system to the next level: integrate production and test equipment in Odoo, continue the development of internal modules, interface with our drones, and more. You are expected to be hands on, including

Responsibilities
- Develop Odoo modules and software in general
- Maintain and improve the IT System (Servers, Network, etc.)
- Develop embedded systems (ex. production equipment)
- Contribute with all of your skills in cross-functional teams
Must Have
- Multi-year Odoo programming experience
- Hands-on experience with hardware.
- Strong problem-solving mindset—able to quickly identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- B2 English
- Valid work permit for Italy (EU)
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or drone industry.
- Familiarity with robotics, electronics manufacturing, or additive manufacturing.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
