Software Engineer & IT Admin (focus on Odoo)

The Role

As a Software Engineer & IT Admin you will take our IT system to the next level: integrate production and test equipment in Odoo, continue the development of internal modules, interface with our drones, and more. If you are excited to work both on software and hardware, this will be a great professional challenge for you to be part of the whole process of manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Develop Odoo modules and software in general
• Maintain and improve the IT System (Servers, Network, etc.)
• Develop embedded systems (ex. production equipment)
• Contribute with all of your skills in cross-functional teams

What you bring

• Multi-year Odoo programming experience
• Hands-on experience with hardware.
• Strong problem-solving mindset—able to quickly identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• English minimum at B2 level
• Valid work permit for Italy (EU)

Nice to have 

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or drone industry.
• Familiarity with robotics, electronics manufacturing, or additive manufacturing.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
