The Role
As a Revenue Builder you will be trusted to promote sales, take the lead and initiative, and help FlyingBasket deliver transport and vertical lifting with drones to the world. Highly skilled at sales and business development, this person will develop existing markets, and open new ones in order to bring aerial transport available for various industries today! We already have a tech-savvy small sales team, and we need to boost our revenue with an experienced, open-minded salesperson who is no stranger to lead generations from scratch, but also can handle demos with clients up until closing of a deal and possible the follow-up ones! Our new team member will have accountability from day one, guided by team spirit and passion towards innovative solutions that drones bring to other industries. What you will do
- Drive revenue at FlyingBasket
- Take care of customers from lead generation to after sales process
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers
- Conduct incisive and insightful market research and competitor analysis
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategy
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis
- Implement sales prospecting and deals closing
- Represent the company at international events, trade shows, demonstrations
What you bring
- A decade of direct sales experience
- 5+ years of global / regional direct sales management experience specifically: hiring, training, managing, supporting, motivating and compensating an international / regional sales organisation
- Naturally high-energy sales professional with strong initiative, commercial ambition, and the drive to pursue opportunities decisively from first contact to closed deal
- Significant experience in sales, preferably in the drone industry
- The desire to get cargo drones to customers all around the world and apply existing and learn new skills to get there
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
- You’re able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment

Objectives of this Role
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building short/medium/long-term sales pipeline by targets
- Develop and pitch ideas for potential investors/clients
- Open new markets within the European Union
- Increase sales performance through strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
