The Role

As we are scaling up the manufacturing of our cargo drones here in Europe, we are looking for motivated  production technicians,  who will contribute to the activities of the FB3 drone team. 

If you’re hands-on, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of drone manufacturing while improving efficiency, speed, and scalability. This position is both challenging and broad as it puts to test your ability to be part of the whole process of manufacturing.

But as we are pioneering this market you can expect challenging situations and you need to be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

What you will do


  • Assemble components
  • Assemble cargo drones
  • Purchasing of components
  • Inventory management
  • Perform system and component tests
  • Help improve the production process

What you bring


  • Experience in electronics assembly and testing
  • Good IT skills
  • English minimum at B2 level
  • Work permit for Italy (EU)

Nice to have 


  • Technical high school or university degree in electrical o mechanical engineering
  • Experience in drone assembly
  • Experience in laser cutting
  • Experience in soldering 
  • 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks)
  • Supply chain basics
